IIDA: CArolinas Chapter
branding Guidelines update
Web design + Development
The Carolinas Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) supports the work, vision, and culture of our Interior Design industry, with a focus on commercial Interior Design. We elevate creativity and professionalism through member education, and help careers thrive in a supportive, innovative community.
IIDA Carolinas understands the importance of creating an environment where Interior Designers of all backgrounds can learn, connect, and succeed.
THIS IS WHERE PASSION FOR INTERIOR DESIGN MEETS REAL-WORLD OPPORTUNITY.
We worked closely with the leadership board, especially Michelle Lambert, Owner of Lambert Design Group. Our goal was to research opportunities to design and develop a new site focused on user experience and membership growth. We started with key stakeholders and target audiences within IIDA and those impacted by IIDA’s efforts. Beginning with strategic planning, we redefined buyer personas based on the organizations vision and mission. Our goal was to create a sitemap that is easily navigable for benefactors and potential members alike. Presenting at the board retreat, we instructed them on launch suggestions and ways to plan and create content for all channels. We updated the brand suite with new visuals, and redesigned benefactor and membership collateral to match the new, fresh look of the site.
